Ensuring the highest competency We are committed to providing the highest level of quality and professionalism to all our partners. To achieve this, alongside our own continuous training and assessment we are audited and accredited by the expert assessment bodies for our industry. All of these validate the competence, training, health & safety and robustness of our systems and engineers, ensuring that we provide the best possible service and confidence to you. We have recently had our integrated management systems audited and have been certificated as compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 & OHSAS 18001. This ensures that we meet very high standards with regard to quality service provision, environmental consideration and Health & Safety compliance. ISO 50001:2011 – Energy Management System Serviceline cannot control energy prices, government policies or the global economy, but we can improve the way we manage energy in the here and now. Improved energy performance can provide rapid benefits for us by maximising the use of our energy sources and energy-related assets, thus reducing both energy cost and consumption. This will allow us to make positive contributions toward reducing depletion of energy resources and mitigating worldwide effects of energy use, such as global warming. ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for us to integrate energy management into our overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management. ISO 50001:2011 provides a framework of requirements for organisations to: Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use Measure the results Review how well the policy works, and Continually improve energy management. REFCOM promotes best practice when handling refrigeration gas both for safety and environmental concerns. Since its launch in 2009, SSIP activity has increasingly been able to cut pre-qualification costs and bureaucracy in the supply chain.
