Commercial Catering Engineers (Reactive) - £34,000-£40,000 plus overtime opportunities


Serviceline engineers are geographically spread to provide nationwide coverage, based from home with a company vehicle engineers are required to undertake reactive diagnostic and repairs on commerical catering equipment as directed by the service support team within their regional area.

Celebrating our 30th year of service this year and due to our ongoing growth and success, we are moving to larger purpose-designed premises in Hertfordshire, with this we now have the need to increase our Field Engineering base, with new exciting opportunities for experienced Commercial Catering Engineers within the Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham & London areas to join our existing Reactive Team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • This is a home-based role traveling within a reasonable radius providing support to our nationwide customer base.
  • Working Monday – Friday with one in four working weekend rotas, paid ‘door to door’
  • Carrying out reactive maintenance works on commercial catering equipment
  • Diagnostic and fault finding on commercial catering equipment and providing comprehensive reporting via electronic worksheets

Requirements to perform the role:

  • COMCAT 1, 3 & 5 (preferred, however, will consider experienced engineers with a view to train)
  • C&G electrical qualifications/experience
  • Must have a full driving licence

Commercial Catering Engineers (PPM) - £34,000-£40,000


Serviceline PPM engineers are geographically spread to provide nationwide coverage, based from home Monday to Friday with a company vehicle engineers are required to undertake preventative maintenance on catering equipment as directed by the service support team within their regional area.

Celebrating our 30th year of service this year and due to our ongoing growth and success, we are moving to larger purpose-designed premises in Hertfordshire, with this we now have the need to increase our Field Engineering base, with new exciting opportunities for experienced Commercial Catering Engineers to join our existing PPM team within Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham & London.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance works and follow up visits
  • Reporting any additional works that fall outside the servicing schedule
  • Completing service schedules according to current method statements and completing relevant compliance and service-related electronic worksheets

Requirements to perform the role:

  • COMCAT 1, 3 & 5 (preferred, although will consider experienced engineers with a view to train)
  • C&G electrical qualifications/experience
  • Must have a full driving licence

Commercial Refrigeration Engineers - £13-18 per hour, additional overtime opportunities


Serviceline refrigeration engineers are geographically spread to provide nationwide coverage, based from home with a company vehicle engineers are required to undertake diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment as directed by the service support team within their regional area.

Celebrating our 30th year of service this year and due to our ongoing growth and success, we are moving to larger purpose-designed premises in Hertfordshire, with this we now have the need to increase our Field Engineering base, with new exciting opportunities for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers to join our existing team within the Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham & London area.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic and fault finding on refrigeration equipment and providing comprehensive reporting via electronic worksheets.

Requirements to perform the role:

  • Recognised industry qualifications e.g. FGas, Hydrocarbon, C&G, NVQ etc.
  • C&G electrical qualifications/experience
  • Must have a full driving licence
