Emergency breakdown cover : Our engineer onsite to repair your equipment whenever required.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts : Our engineer onsite at prearranged times to ensure your equipment is in manufacturers working order, minimising the chances of failure and extending the life of the equipment.

Labour Inclusive Contracts : In addition to all the benefits of a preventative maintenance contract includes all labour and travelling costs.

Fully Comprehensive Contract : Don’t like surprises, let us take care of your equipment for a fixed upfront cost. As well as all the benefits of a Labour inclusive contract, servicing and repairs for components and parts failures are included, giving peace of mind.

Planned preventative servicing : Don’t want the commitment of a long contract or changing business needs make it inefficient to commit ahead, we can carry out individual machine maintenance on an ad-hoc basis to any number of pieces of equipment at a time convenient to you.

Manufacturers' warranty : A number of manufacturers trust us to look after their equipment.

Installations : Purchased new equipment and would like it fitted to your requirements or moving to new premises? We can take the strain by arranging to carry out all work to get you up and running quickly and efficiently.

Corporate social responsibility : Well maintained equipment can contribute to your CSR, we maintain our own CSR for all work carried out on your behalf.

Management reporting : Save time and effort! All documentation for your kitchens over multiple sites kept in one place and updated in real time.

24/7 support : Whatever the hour our engineers are supporting our partners.

Comprehensive and quality spares : Our spares team are available to help you find the right part using their comprehensive database of technical manuals, parts diagrams and manufacturers specifications.

Kitchen safety certification : Following inspection a safety certificate stating the equipment is in manufacturers working order can be supplied on request.

OGC contracts : We have experience of and are able to work within the OGC buying process.

How to move forward with a contract

Starting a partnership

When you are ready to move forward or if you would like to explore how our services can help we have a dedicated team ready to help. From the start of the process an account manager is available to assist you and answer any questions, backed up by our sales & contracts department and the in house technical team.

We will complete a thorough survey of your kitchens, showing which assets are present and any outstanding issues or faults before you commit to anything. This makes it clear from the onset what is being covered.

On commencement of your contract our engineering team will arrange to bring any existing faults and issues up to manufacturer specification. All equipment will be serviced and issued a Unique Reference Number (URN) to speed up the equipment identification process in the future.

On an ongoing basis the job management team will arrange with you at a convenient time for our engineers to come on site and service your equipment.

From the start of the process you will also have access to our helpdesk for any reactive breakdown issues you may experience and our spares department for any parts, accessories or consumables you require.

Your account manager will remain available and in contact with you to ensure that the service we provide continue to match your requirements and expectations.
