This one drawer model is ideal for frozen food such as chips, wedges, onion rings, chicken nuggets / poppers, plus much more and has a capacity of 109 litres (about 10kg of frozen chips).
Compact one drawer cabinet offering a flexible chilled or frozen storge solution.
The one drawer model is the perfect storage solution for frozen, in-demand, food storage options, from chips, wedges and onion rings to chicken nuggets, poppers and much more.
It has an optional fry basket hanger to help streamline the process from frozen to fried. With it located next to a fryer, contents can be scooped direct from the drawer. The basket can then be hung on the hanger before frying. As well as being convenient for staff, this process can improve food quality as the ‘hang time’ allows frozen crystals from the food to drop off. When the basket is placed in the cooking oil, this reduction of water crystals means it doesn’t have to reover temperature as much, thus enhancing cooking quality.
